Job Requirements                 
•          Full understanding of customerbusiness and technical development plans.
•          Sound personal relationships with keytechnical decision-makers at customers and a good understanding of commercialrelationships.
•          Working Knowledge of arm Products, itsimplementation and application such as ARM ISA( Instruction Set Architecture),ARM cpu, AMBA, interconnect, Graphics as well as common functional verificationmethodologies.
•          Critical thinking of productpositioning agAInst competition and ability of present a strong case in frontof customers
•          High level knowledge of Semiconductorand software development process.
•          Development of strong relationshipswith assigned Sales Managers, as well as Marketing and Engineering teams.


Technical / Professional Skills
•          Six years Plus experience in SoCDesign engineering.
•          BS Electrical Engineering, ComputerEngineering or Computer Science. Master Degree is a plus.
•          Understanding of SoC architecture.Mobile, Tablet, DTV, Networking and Server knowledge is a plus.
•          Working knowledge of Verilong / Vhdl,Verification IP, ARM Assembly, C/C++.
•          Video/Audio or Graphic knowledge is aplus.
Commercial Skills
•          Dynamic, self-starting individual withthe ability to excite and instill confidence in customers about latest andprevious technology and standards.
•          Good presentation skills, able toclearly express technical concepts.
•          Previous experience to work with salesor marketing role is a plus.
•          FAE or customer interaction experienceis a plus.
Personal Skills
•          Strong desire to grow sales and winbusiness.
•          Positive, can do attitude.
•          Self-motivated, dependable, andprompt.
•          Flexible, willing to adapt to changingresponsibilities and assignments.
•          Good communicator, personable.
•          Capable of working as a team player.

•          Fluent in English – writing andspeaking
•          Willing to travel domesticallyapproximately 30% of time.
